The Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the media wing of the Pakistan Army, said in a statement that 26 terrorists were killed in the country's northwest Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) province, whereas eight terrorists were killed in an engagement in southwest Balochistan province.

Weapons and ammunition were also recovered from the killed terrorists, who remained actively involved in numerous terrorist activities in the country, the ISPR said, adding that operations are being conducted to eliminate any other terrorists found in the area.

The military said that Pakistan will continue at full pace to wipe out the menace of foreign-sponsored and supported terrorism from the country.
