JERUSALEM/BEIRUT, March 10 (Xinhua) -- The Israeli military said Tuesday afternoon that it has begun a fresh series of airstrikes on Beirut's southern suburbs, saying it is targeting Hezbollah infrastructure.

The airstrikes come after Israel's warnings issued earlier in the day to evacuate the area.
