ABU DHABI, April 3 (Xinhua) -- Falling debris caused a fire at the Habshan gas facilities in Abu Dhabi, the United Arab Emirates, after successful air defense interceptions, the Abu Dhabi Media Office said on Friday.

Operations at the site have been suspended as emergency teams respond to the fire. No injuries have been reported, according to the office.

The office also urged the public to rely on official sources for information and refrain from spreading rumors or unverified reports.
