WASHINGTON, April 10 (Xinhua) -- U.S. Vice President JD Vance said on Friday that President Donald Trump has provided very clear guidelines for negotiations and he was looking forward to the upcoming talks with Iran. Vance said he expected the talks in Islamabad, Pakistan to be positive.
