TEHRAN, April 11 (Xinhua) -- Iran's Islamic Revolution Guard Corps (IRGC) said that any attempt by military vessels to transit the Strait of Hormuz will be met with a "strong response," and only civilian vessels are allowed to pass through the strategic waterway under specific regulations, Iran's state-run IRIB TV reported Saturday.
