LONDON, April 30 (Xinhua) -- Britain raised its terrorism threat level to "severe," the second-highest level, on Thursday after police declared a stabbing attack in London's Golders Green "a terrorist incident" on Wednesday, according to Home Secretary Shabana Mahmood.
