TEHRAN, May 23 (Xinhua) -- Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Esmaeil Baghaei said Saturday that Iran and the United States are working to finalize a memorandum of understanding (MoU), the state-run IRIB news agency reported.

"We must wait and see what will happen over the next three to four days," Baghaei said, adding that while differences remain, discussions have been moving toward narrowing disagreements.
