BANGKOK, June 3 (Xinhua) -- Former Thai Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra met the conditions for pardon under a pardon decree issued by King Maha Vajiralongkorn on Tuesday, and was among the people to be pardoned, Justice Minister Rutthapol Naowarat said on Wednesday.
