HONG KONG, June 8 (Xinhua) - An earthquake with a magnitude of 6.1 jolted Mindanao, Philippines at 23:49 GMT on Sunday, the GFZ German Research Centre for Geosciences said.

The epicenter, with a depth of 103.2 km, was initially determined to be at 5.79 degrees north latitude and 125.38 degrees east longitude.
