Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf said Sunday the Israeli strike in Beirut's southern suburbs has once again shown the United States "either lacks the will to fulfill its commitments or the ability to do so."

"By giving the green light to the regime (Israel), you (the United States) cannot gain concessions," Ghalibaf said, warning if Washington cannot fulfill its commitments, "speaking of continuing the path is not possible."
