Armenian, Azerbaijani officials hold talks on peace agenda

YEREVAN, June 14 (Xinhua) -- Secretary of Armenia's Security Council Armen Grigoryan and Azerbaijani Presidential Assistant Hikmet Hajiyev held a working meeting in Armenia on Sunday, resuming high-level contacts on the peace process, local media reported.
The two sides discussed issues related to the Armenia-Azerbaijan peace agenda, underscoring the importance of continuing bilateral dialogue to advance long-term peace and stability in the region.
They also exchanged views on measures aimed at fostering trust between the civil societies of the two countries.
Both sides agreed to maintain working contacts and said their next meeting will be held in Azerbaijan.
