JERUSALEM, June 29 (Xinhua) -- The Israeli military said Monday it struck three Hezbollah command centers in southern Lebanon in response to alleged Hezbollah violations of the ceasefire agreement.

It also said Israeli forces struck and dismantled a launcher used by Hezbollah.

In an earlier statement, the military said it had destroyed an underground Hezbollah tunnel in southwestern Lebanon.

The tunnel, more than 200 meters long and 25 meters deep, contained hundreds of weapons and several launch shafts allegedly intended for attacks on Israeli territory and civilians, the military said.

Incidents between Israel and Hezbollah have continued despite a U.S.-mediated framework agreement signed Friday between Israel and Lebanon.

The agreement includes a partial Israeli withdrawal from two areas in southern Lebanon.
