TEHRAN, July 18 (Xinhua) -- Iran's Deputy Foreign Minister Kazem Gharibabadi said on Saturday that Iran has ceased the fulfillment of its obligations under the peace memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the United States as Washington has violated its commitments under the deal, state-run IRIB TV reported.
