RIO DE JANEIRO, Aug. 2 (Xinhua) -- The presidential candidacy of Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva and his running mate Geraldo Alckmin has been officially registered with the Superior Electoral Court, Edinho Silva, president of the Workers' Party, said on Sunday.
