Iran's Islamic Revolution Guard Corps (IRGC) said in a statement its aerospace division's "modern and advanced" air defense system on Monday shot down an MQ-9 Reaper drone over the Strait of Hormuz, according to the IRGC's official news outlet Sepah News.
