In Colombia, families are beginning to bury victims of the Aug. 10 earthquake that struck Cali. Even saying goodbye has become a difficult process for many.

The city's morgue was damaged and forced out of operation by the quake, leaving bodies to be transported to the neighboring town of Palmira.

There, grieving relatives are facing long waits and delays in completing the necessary paperwork.
