BISHKEK, Aug. 31 (Xinhua) -- Kyrgyz President Sadyr Japarov said Monday that with the rapid development of the Kyrgyzstan-China comprehensive strategic partnership for the new era, bilateral relations have entered a golden period and reached the highest level in history.

He said in talks with Chinese President Xi Jinping that China has always been a priority in Kyrgyzstan's foreign policy and is Kyrgyzstan's closest friend and most reliable partner.
