Putin, Trump hold phone talks on Ukraine: Kremlin

MOSCOW, Sept. 8 (Xinhua) -- Russian President Vladimir Putin on Tuesday held phone talks with U.S. President Donald Trump over issues including Ukraine, according to Kremlin.
