TOKYO, Sept. 17 (Xinhua) -- Ministers of Japanese Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi's cabinet submitted letters of resignation en masse at an extraordinary cabinet meeting on Thursday, ahead of a planned cabinet reshuffle.
