5.2-magnitude quake hits 8 km SE of Ramon Santana, Dominican Republic -- USGS

An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.2 jolted 8 km SE of Ramon Santana, Dominican Republic at 2149 GMT on Sunday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.

The epicenter, with a depth of 109 km, was initially determined to be at 18.48 degrees north latitude and 69.13 degrees west longitude.
