The airline said seven pairs of flights between the two capitals were cancelled on Friday, while four pairs of flights were cancelled for Saturday.
Qatar Airways said the safety of its passengers and crew remained its highest priority and advised travelers to check its official website or mobile application for the latest flight updates.
The airline did not provide further details about the operational reasons behind the cancellations.
The cancellations came amid a sharp escalation in the Yemen conflict, with the Houthis stepping up attacks on airports in Saudi Arabia.
