Palestinian president expresses hope for dialogue with new Israeli gov't

RAMALLAH, Oct. 29 (Xinhua) -- Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas expressed hope that the period following the formation of a new Israeli government would create an opportunity to resume serious political dialogue, the Palestinian News and Information Agency reported Thursday.
