Five Chinese tourists hurt in boat collision near Phuket

A speed boat with 10 tourists on board collided with a barge off the eastern coast of Koh Rang Island, Thailand Sunday morning.

Seven tourists were injured, including five Chinese tourists, the captain and a crew member.
The injured tourists, including one in serious condition, have been hospitalized.
The collision happened on their way back from a one-day trip to Koh Phi Phi Island.
The cause of the accident is under investigation, according to the director of the Phuket Marine Office.
