Former Australian PM Scott Morrison censured over secret appointments

Former Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison was censured on Wednesday over his self-appointment to five portfolios at the height of the global pandemic, which he kept secret from the public and many of his own cabinet colleagues, local media has reported.
