Gatwick Airport uses whiteboard to post flight information after IT failure

An IT failure at Gatwick Airport that has caused digital displays to stop working has led staff to write flight information on whiteboards.

Footage filmed on August 20 at the Sussex airport shows passengers huddled around the whiteboard in the South Terminal as staff update information. 

The filmer, Hunter Ruthven, wrote later "Gatwick Airport feels like an old-school trading floor this morning."
