German GDP shrank 0.2 percent over the last three months of 2022, official data published Monday showed.
Although the German economy performed "well despite difficult conditions in the first three quarters, economic performance slightly decreased in the fourth quarter of 2022," the federal statistics authority Destatis said in a statement.
