Cairo (People's Daily) - Iran’s health authorities on Monday reported 1,053 more confirmed COVID-19 cases, bringing the total number of infected cases to 14,991. 129 more people have died from the virus, bringing the total death toll to 853. 

So far, 4,996 patients have been cured in the country.
