Iran’s COVID-19 cases pass 60,000 with 2,274 new infections

Cairo (People’s Daily) - Iran had 2,274 new infections of COVID-19 and 136 new deaths during the past 24 hours, Iran's health ministry spokesman said on Monday.

The number of confirmed cases has risen to 60,500, with the number of deaths at 3,739. 

24,236 people have recovered, while 4,083 remain in serious and critical condition.
