Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi said Monday that he hopes to strengthen relations with Gulf states and added that his visit to Qatar is the beginning of prioritizing neighboring countries in foreign policy, reported Al-Jazeera.
He added that Iran would hold negotiations with Qatar on the economy and the energy sector.
