Bangkok (People’s Daily) - One new coronavirus case was confirmed in Laos as of Wednesday afternoon, according to a statement from the country’s health ministry.

The total number of infections has risen to 10 and all of the patients have been hospitalized. No deaths have been reported yet. 

The Laos government on last Sunday restricted traffic and activities to control the pandemic.
