The BlackFly does not require its driver to have polit's license, nor any "special skills" to safely operate it, says the California-based startup Opener, which has remained in stealth mode while developing the car in the last nine years."The future of aviation begins today," it says.

The vehicle can travel distances of up to 25 miles and reach a top speed of 62 miles per hour. It will take less than half an hour to charge its battery and cost the same amount as a sports utility vehicle.
