BEIRUT, April 26 (Xinhua) -- Lebanon's number of COVID-19 infections increased on Sunday by three cases to 707 while death toll remained unchanged at 24, the National News Agency reported.

Lebanese Health Minister Hamad Hassan announced that he is following up on the equipment of public hospitals in a bid to prepare for any sudden increase in infections in the country.

Meanwhile, the minister urged a day earlier all people to continue wearing masks and taking precautions as the general mobilization measures will be reduced in the coming weeks. Enditem
