COLOMBO, April 22 (Xinhua) -- Sri Lanka's Health Minister Rajitha Senaratne said at a media briefing on Monday that a local group named the "National Thowheed Jamaat" was behind the explosions which occurred in Sri Lanka on Easter Sunday.

The minister said investigations were ongoing to see if it had any foreign links.
