Malaysia reports 118 new COVID-19 cases

People's Daily (Bangkok) - Malaysia reported 118 new cases and 3 deaths related to the novel coronavirus on Friday, bringing the total number of infections to 4,346, and death to 70, according to the country’s health ministry. 

So far, 1,830 patients have recovered from the disease caused by the virus. 69 are in critical condition.

Malaysia Prime Minister Muhyiddin Yassin has announced that the movement control order (MCO) will be extended by another two weeks, from April 15 to April 28, to curb the spread of COVID-19.
