Malaysia reports 142 new COVID-19 cases, deaths rise to 45

Bangkok (People’s Daily) - Malaysia reported 142 new cases and two deaths related to the novel coronavirus on Wednesday,  bringing the total number of infections to 2,908 and death toll to 45, according to the country’s health ministry. 

So far, 645 patients have recovered from the disease caused by the virus and 102 are still in critical condition.
