One Chinese citizen went missing after a South Korean fishing boat caught fire off South Korea's southwest coast on Thursday.

The accident also resulted in one Vietnamese fisherman dead and the other injured.

The fishing boat, with ten people on board, caught fire off the coast of Goheung County, Jeollanam-do Province.

The fire has been put out and an investigation into the cause of the accident is underway.
