A golden retriever puppy had a hilarious encounter with a parrot at a home in Skagit County, Washington. 

The puppy is seen curiously sniffing at a parrot as the bird bites back lightly with her beak while the owner laughs quietly as he films it. 

"Our new golden retriever puppy and parrot are bonding -- exchanging kisses -- and the bird expresses her personal dialogue on how cute she thinks the puppy is," the owner joked.
