Philippines' coronavirus cases rise to 31,825 with 1,150 new infections

Bangkok (People’s Daily) - The Philippines Department of Health (DOH) on Tuesday reported 1,150 new coronavirus cases, to bring the official tally to 31,825.

Officials said 8,442 infected people have recovered, and 1,186 have died.

The Philippines has implemented a national blockade policy since March 17 to prevent the spread of the epidemic. It started gradually lifting outbreak restrictions starting in June.
