Putin signs decree to appoint Mikhail Mishustin as prime minister -- Kremlin

MOSCOW, Jan. 16 (Xinhua) -- Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree to appoint Mikhail Mishustin as new prime minister, the Kremlin said Thursday.
