Russia has lowered its diplomatic representation in Estonia to charge d'affaires and asked the Estonian ambassador to leave Russia, RIA news agency reported on Monday, citing the Russian foreign ministry.

Earlier, the Estonian ambassador in Kyiv said Estonia will send all its 155-mm howitzers to Ukraine, according to RIA.
