Russian State Duma approves Mikhail Mishustin for post of prime minister

MOSCOW, Jan. 16 (Xinhua) -- The Russian State Duma, or the lower house of parliament, approved Mikhail Mishustin for the post of prime minister at a plenary meeting on Thursday.
