South Korea received reports of additional 123 cases of the novel coronavirus infection as of 9 am Sunday (local time), bringing the total number of infections to 556.

The Korea’s Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (KCDC) also reported the fourth death in the country.

South Korea saw a striking jump in total number of COVID-19 cases in Saturday, with most of patients linked to the Shincheonji Church of Jesus in the southern city of Daegu.
