Hospitals are shifting patients with respiratory problems to intensive care units (ICUs) by the dozen because the air in the general wards poses danger to their lives on November 2, 2018. (Photos: VCG)

ICUs are chock-ablock with lung patients, the new ones coming in are being sent back home with prescriptions for life-saving equipment - the costs of which have spiralled along with the toxicity in the Capital's air, Mail Today has found.
