Several suspected explosives were found across Bangkok, according to local media on Friday.

Two small bombs exploded near the Chong Nonsi Station in Bangkok, damaging vehicles and buildings, just three stops from the Centara Grand hotel, which is hosting the 52nd Association of Southeast Asian Nation (ASEAN) Foreign Ministers' Meeting. Explosions were heard near government buildings and the headquarters of the Thai armed forces in the morning.

Two people were slightly injured when they came across explosives while cleaning a park, local media reported. Another suspicious item was found at the Sala Daeng Station, which is closer to the Centara Grand hotel, at 12 noon. Police said it was not a bomb.
