Singapore records 35 new coronavirus cases, for a total of 879

People's Daily (Bangkok) - Singapore reported 35 new coronavirus cases on Monday, bringing the total number of infections to 879, according to the Ministry of Health of Singapore.

They include 9 people who recently traveled to Europe, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and other parts of Asia.

Twelve of the new cases are linked to previous cases, while 14 currently have no such correlations. 

The three new clusters reported on Monday are located at S11 Dormitory at Punggol at 2 Seletar North Link, Wilby Residences at 25 Wilby Road and Hero's at 69 Circular Road.

The disease has caused 3 deaths, while 228 patients have recovered from the disease. Nineteen are in critical condition.
