Most of Thursday's cases are work pass holders residing in foreign worker dormitories.

As of Thursday, 26,532 patients have recovered and three remain in critical condition. 25 deaths have been reported.

Singapore entered its first phase of reopening after the “circuit breaker” period. Businesses that operate in settings with lower transmission risks were allowed to reopen, and some students were back at school.
