Bangkok (People's Daily) - Singapore reported 451 new coronavirus cases on Wednesday, bringing the total number of infections to 38,965, said its Ministry of Health.

Most of Wednesday's cases are work pass holders residing in foreign worker dormitories.

As of Wednesday, 25,877 patients have recovered and three remain in critical condition. 25 deaths have been reported.

Singapore entered its first phase of reopening after the “circuit breaker” period. Businesses that operate in settings with lower transmission risks were allowed to reopen, and some students were back at school.
