Thailand confirms 106 new COVID-19 cases, 827 in total

Bangkok (People's Daily) - Thailand on Tuesday confirmed 106 new cases of the COVID-19, bringing the total to 827 since the virus first arrived in the kingdom in January.

Dr Thaweesilp Wisanuyothin, spokesperson of the Ministry of Public Health, made the announcement at a press briefing. 

More than 700 patients remain hospitalized, more than 50 have returned home, and four have died from complications related to the disease. Most of the new cases are related to previously confirmed cluster cases.
