The project, built on the principles of the Bio-Circular-Green (BCG) Economy Model, includes components of Agriculture, Gastronomy, Food Safety, Experience, and Creative Entrepreneurship. The objective is to stimulate a sustainable economy, aligning with Thailand's vision for balanced economic, social, and environmental development.
“The Amazing Thailand Culinary City” aims to connect food entrepreneurs and tourists, creating a platform for business opportunities and promoting Thai cuisine's diversity. The initiative aligns with the Thailand 4.0 strategy, an economic recovery plan in response to the COVID-19 pandemic's impact.
Officials say Thailand's BCG Economy Model will be a major economic driver in the coming years, focusing on different industries within the “bio-economy, circular economy and green economy.”
