Thailand’s COVID-19 cases rise to 1,875 with 104 new infections

Bangkok (People's Daily) - Thailand on Thursday confirmed 104 new cases of the COVID-19 coronavirus, bringing the total to 1,875 since the virus first arrived in the kingdom in January.

1,355 patients remain hospitalized,  505 have recovered and returned home, and 15 died from complications related to the disease, according to Thailand’s Ministry of Public Health

The Thai government has no plans to impose a curfew. But it enforced a state of emergency last Thursday and banned the entry of foreign travelers and social gatherings.
